For you, only the best vegetables, spices and vinegars, all organically grown, are processed by hand in our traditional manufactory. The secret of their spicy, yet fresh aroma? Careful processing and fully ripened vegetables. Until optimum ripeness, we allow them to hide in the soil or to enjoy the warming sun. This is how they develop their characteristic taste that we enhance with selected spices and gentle pasteurization, making sure all valuable vitamins and nutrients are preserved.
